Interview is a widely used process of screening applicants for jobs. It provides the most direct information about a candidate, his/her skills, background and personality type. The interview preparation includes 4 P’s Prepare, Practice, Present and Participate . Prepare - Being prepared for the interview increases the confidence level of the candidate. Practice - Rehearsing what you say during an interview helps you increase confidence and save you from common mistakes. Present - The way you present yourself in the interview , i.e. your appearance, body language and attitude is very important to achieve your Goal . Participate - Participating actively with a positive approach is also required for a successful interview.
